Change your relationship with worry and anxiety.

"Its not stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it."
Hans Selye

Balancing Rocks

The human mind is a powerful machine that has the ability to look for relevancy and danger, create foresight, and place pressure for success. Unfortunately, sometimes this powerful machine also doesn't enjoy NOT KNOWING. Enter anxiety, an emotion that occurs when we have various options or the future is difficult to ascertain.

The tricky fact is that anxiety lives in the body and the mind, and is a response to stress. For that reason, I prefer a multidimensional approach to help you learn to use that anxiety instead of letting it use you.

What does anxiety look like?

  • Feeling nervous, restless or tense

  • Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom

  • Having an increased heart rate

  • Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation)

  • Sweating

  • Trembling
